For the Fish:
2 large white fish fillets (tilapia, snapper, or sea bass)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: lemon juice for finishing
For the Mixed Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 zucchini, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste

Pan-Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 3โ4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Slice & Serve: Slice the fish into thick pieces and plate alongside the mixed vegetables. Finish with a light squeeze of lemon if desired.
