𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
For the Fish:
2 large white fish fillets (tilapia, snapper, or sea bass)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: lemon juice for finishing
For the Mixed Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 zucchini, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Cook the Veggies: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add carrots first and sauté 3–4 minutes. Add broccoli and zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender but still vibrant. Set aside.
Season the Fish: Pat fish dry. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pan-Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Slice & Serve: Slice the fish into thick pieces and plate alongside the mixed vegetables. Finish with a light squeeze of lemon if desired.
