For the Fish:
2 large white fish fillets (tilapia, snapper, or sea bass)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: lemon juice for finishing
For the Mixed Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 zucchini, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste

Cook the Veggies: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add carrots first and sautΓ© 3β4 minutes. Add broccoli and zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender but still vibrant. Set aside.
