Feast your eyes and spoons! on this lush Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
For the Garnish:Whipped peanut butterChocolate syrupPeanut butter cup candies, chopped
Directions:
Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in heavy cream until well combined.
Pour half of the filling over crust. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Add remaining filling.
Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool, then chill for 4 hours.
For the ganache, heat cream and pour over chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour over chilledcheesecake.
Garnish with whipped peanut butter and chopped peanut butter cup candies before serving.
