Would You Eat Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

4 lobster tails-4 tablespoons butter, divided-3 cloves garlic, minced-1/2 cup heavy cream-1/4 cup chicken broth-1 tablespoon lemon juice-Salt and pepper to taste -Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and pull them apart. Gently lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the base.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Place the lobster tails in the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the lobster meat. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
