Cheesy Bunless Plate with Roasted Veggies

What You’ll Need :
For the Patty:
1/4 to 1/3 lb ground beef (85/15 or lean)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice mozzarella or Colby Jack cheese
For the Roasted Potatoes:
1 small russet or Yukon gold potato, cut into wedges
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Roasted Broccoli:
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
For the Roasted Carrots:
1/2 cup carrot sticks
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of chili powder or paprika (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
How to Make It :
Roast the Veggies:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss potatoes, broccoli, and carrots each in olive oil and their own seasonings.
Spread them out on a lined baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Cook the Patty:
Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Shape into a patty and pan-sear or grill for 4–5 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).
In the last minute of cooking, add both cheese slices on top and cover until melted.
Assemble the Plate:
Place the cheesy burger patty on your plate alongside a handful of roasted potato wedges, broccoli florets, and carrot sticks for that vibrant, balanced look.
Serve Hot:
Enjoy as-is or dip veggies in your favorite sauce for extra kick!
