Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito recipe 🍔

Ingredients
(makes 4 large burritos)
For the Filling:1 lb ground beef (80/20 for flavor)6 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
1 small onion (diced) 2 cloves garlic (minced)1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper½ tsp salt (to taste)
1 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Add-ins for Burritos: 4 large flour tortillas (10–12 inch)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (inside the burritos) 1 cup shredded lettuce 1 large tomato (diced) ½ cup pickles (chopped)
Creamy Cheese Finish:
2 tbsp butter2 tbsp all-purpose flour1 ½ cups whole milk (warm)1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions :
Cook Beef & Bacon Mixture
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion softens.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped bacon. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Prepare Cheese Sauce (Creamy Finish)
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Whisk in flour to make a roux; cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in warm milk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in shredded cheddar until melted. Season with salt & pepper. Keep warm.
Assemble Burritos
Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Add a layer of shredded cheddar to each tortilla.Spoon on beef & bacon mixture, then top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Roll into a burrito (fold sides in, then roll tightly).
Finish with Cheese Sauce
Place burritos seam side down on a plate.
Generously ladle creamy cheese sauce over the top.
Optional: sprinkle with extra bacon crumbles or green onions.
