Grilled Sirloin Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
1. 4 sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 teaspoon black pepper
5. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8. 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
9. 6 cloves garlic, roasted or minced
10. 4 tablespoons butter
11. Β½ cup heavy cream
12. Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the Grill:
1.1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Steaks:
2.1. Brush the steaks with olive oil.
2.2. Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
2.3. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes.
Grill the Steaks:
3.1. Place the steaks on the grill.
3.2. Cook for 4β6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
Rest the Steaks:
4.1. Transfer the steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Cook the Potatoes:
5.1. Place the cubed potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
5.2. Cook for 12β15 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender.
5.3. Drain the potatoes well.
Make the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
6.1. Mash the potatoes with butter, roasted garlic, and heavy cream until smooth.
6.2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
7.1. Serve the grilled steaks alongside a generous scoop of creamy garlic mashed potatoes.
