π³ Step-by-step preparation:
1οΈβ£ In a hot pan, pour the olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion and, if desired, the chopped garlic. Let them cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
2 Stir in the ground meat. Season with paprika, a little salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Let it cook until the meat is browned.
3οΈβ£ Off the heat, add the cheese, cut into small pieces or grated. Mix until the filling is evenly distributed.

π Oven: Lightly brush each roll with a little oil or beaten egg yolk, then bake at 180Β°C (gas mark 6) for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
π‘ Practical tips:
π Taste the filling before shaping the rolls to adjust the seasoning.π If you like a little heat, add a pinch of sweet chili or Espelette pepper.

π Store your meat and cheese rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. π Reheat them in the oven at 150Β°C for a few minutes to keep them crispy.
