Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat (jumbo lump)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
- ½ – ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: chopped parsley
For Baking
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- A sprinkle of Old Bay on top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Mix egg, mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire, Old Bay, spices, and melted butter.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, keeping the lumps whole.
- Gradually add breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together.
- Shape into 4 large balls or 8 smaller ones.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle a little Old Bay.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes.
- Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.

- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
