1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. 🧁
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the frosting, beat the softened butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until fluffy.
