Honey Glazed Ham with Mashed Potatoes π―π₯

π Ingredients:
For the Ham:
1 fully cooked boneless ham (3β4 lbs)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk (warm)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Prepare the glaze by mixing honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Place ham in a baking dish, brush generously with the glaze, and cover loosely with foil.
Bake for 45β60 minutes, brushing with more glaze every 15β20 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes to let it caramelize.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15β20 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.
Mash the potatoes with butter, warm milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Garnish and serve slices of ham with a big scoop of mashed potatoes. Drizzle extra glaze over the top if desired!
