“**Golden Garlic & Sizzling Steak Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles: A Weeknight Wonder!**

Ingredients:
– 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
– 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz fresh linguine or ramen noodles
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 inch ginger, grated
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
– 1/2 cup snow peas
– 2 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
– Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
3. Add remaining 1 tbsp cooking oil to the skillet. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Add cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and toss to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
5. Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
