2 lbs fresh lobster tails, split lengthwise
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 limes, juiced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

π₯ 1. Prepare the Marinade
1. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, honey, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture for serving later.
