🌟Loaded baked potato with steak bites 🥩
Ingredients

2 tablespoons garlic, minced (about 8-10 cloves)

4 tablespoons of avocado oil divided
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
2/3 cup grated parmesan
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 wedges citron, jus de
1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1- teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a skillet with parchment paper.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt all sides. Place them on the prepared pan. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork
Prepare the steak: Cut the excess fat from the steak and cut it into 2-inch pieces. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil. Liberal dressing of Cajun seasoning.
Cook the Steak: In a cast iron skillet or regular cast iron skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over medium-high heat. Cook the steak undisturbed for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and bake an additional minute, then reduce heat to low and bake another minute.
Add garlic butter: move the steak to one side of the skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the other side. Jump to get the perfume Toss the steak in garlic butter and cook another minute. Remove the steak and the tent with tin foil to keep warm.
Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce: In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of remaining garlic. Jump to get the perfume Whip the heavy cream slowly and simmer. Let reduce for 3-5 mins. Add red pepper flakes and Parmesan, whisk until sauce thickens. Adjust salt and black pepper if needed. Out of the heat, stir parsley and lemon juice.
Finish the Potatoes: Lift and drop each potato about 12 inches from the skillet to soften the inside. Cut potatoes in the center to open. Duvet with fork and spread with rest of butter.
